                               ALL:  Lord, forgive the sins / and offences of Your servants.

                               SER:  Let us free our souls / from enmity and hatred.

                               ALL:  Lord, forgive the sins / and offences of Your servants.

                               SER: Let us receive the Holy Qurbana / and be sanctified by the
                               Holy Spirit.

                               ALL:  Lord, forgive the sins / and offences of Your servants.

                               SER:  Let us receive these sacred mysteries / in peace and unity
                               with one another.

                               ALL:  Lord, forgive the sins / and offences of Your servants.

                               SER:  O Lord! May these sacred mysteries be / for the resurrec-
                               tion of our bodies / and the salvation of our souls.

                               ALL:  May they be the source of life everlasting. Amen.

                                      (While the above prayer is being said, the celebrant says
                                      the following prayer in a low voice)

                                      Blessed are You, O Lord, God of our Fathers / and glori-
                                      ous is Your name. For, You did not deal with us in accor-
                                      dance  with  our  sins;  /  rather,  in  Your  great  mercy  You
                                      saved us from the power of darkness. You invited us into
                                      the kingdom of Your Beloved Son and Our Lord, Jesus
                                      Christ.  Through  Christ,  You  destroyed  the  strength  of
                                      death / and bestowed upon us eternal life.

                                      Let there be praise, honor, thanksgiving, and worship to
                                      You / to Your only begotten Son / and to the Holy Spirit.
                                      Now, always, and forever.

                                      (The celebrant bows and says the following prayer in a
                                      low voice).
                                      Lord, Our God, in Your mercy / forgive the sins and of-
                                      fences of Your servants. Sanctify our lips to praise You,
                                      O Most High, together with all the saints in the kingdom
                                      of heaven.
