SER: Let us commend ourselves and one another / to the Fa-
ther, to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.

ALL: Lord our God, we commend ourselves to You.

CEL: O merciful Lord, You revealed Your glory through bap-
tism / and took the likeness of men for the salvation of the world.
Let us be filled with the gifts of the Holy Spirit / during this sea-
son of Epiphany. Strengthen us to be Your living witness / and
bear abundantly the fruits of baptism. The Lord of all, forever.

SER: Let us stand together with repentance and reverence / and
implore, "Lord, hear our prayer."

fasted for forty days and forty nights / fill us with the spirit of
repentance and penance. Let us pray.

SER: Lamb of God / who takes away the sins of the world /
strengthen us to do penance for our sins / and the sins of the
whole world. Let us pray.

SER: Jesus, the victim of love / help us to crucify with You /
our own body with all its evil tendencies. Let us pray.

SER: Jesus, who conquered evil / and gave us model and cour-
age / help us to overcome temptations. Let us pray.
