CEL: Lord our God, hear our prayers / as we prepare with great
hope / to celebrate the birth of Your Son. Help us to do what is
pleasing to You / and prepare a path for Jesus in our hearts /

FEAST / SEASON OF NATIVITY

SER: Let us contemplate on our Lord Jesus Christ / with joy
and reverence / and praise Him with one voice saying: / "We
praise You, Lord."

ALL: We praise You, Lord. (Repeat after each prayer).

SER: O God, You who guided the humble shepherds / and the
wise astrologers to the divine Infant. We praise You, Lord.

SER: O God, You blessed the world with peace and hope / and
showed us the example of humility and poverty / through the in-
carnation of Your beloved Son.

SER: O God, You opened to us the doors of heaven / by de-
stroying evil / and made the sacrifice for sin / by sending Your
only Son into the world.

SER: O God, who so loved the world / that He gave His only
begotten Son / that whoever believes in Him shall not perish / but
have eternal life.

SER: O God, You who brought the poor and the oppressed to
You through Your Son / who took the form of a servant / and was
born in a manger.

SER: Jesus, you became our Eternal High Priest / by assuming
our human nature. We beseech you Lord, to bestow spiritual
