SEASON OF ANNUNCIATION

SER: Let us stand together / with joy and zeal and pray, / "Lord,
have mercy on us."

ALL: Lord, have mercy on us. (Repeat after each prayer).

SER: Jesus, the promised Savior to redeem the fallen humanity
due to Adam's sin, / we pray that You purify us / and save us
from our sins.

SER: Jesus, whom the forefathers longed to see / we pray that
You come to enrich the holy Church / with Your blessings.

SER: Jesus, by assuming the human nature, / You became our
Eternal Priest. Bless our Holy Father Pope Mar ... (Name) / the
head of the universal Church / our Major Archbishop Mar ...
(Name) / the father and of our Syro-Malabar Church / Our
Bishop Mar ... (Name) / the father and head of our diocese /
Archbishop Mar …, Bishop Mar …, and all other bishops with
Your spiritual gifts.

SER: Lord, You have prepared the hearts of the people /
through the forefathers and prophets / to receive the Savior / we
pray that / You prepare also our hearts / during this season of An-
nunciation.

SER: Jesus, You have assumed the human nature / to open the
gates of heaven / we pray that You strengthen us / to proclaim
Your incarnation.

SER: Jesus, by assuming human nature / You glorified human-
ity / we pray that our families be blessed / with the everlasting
radiance of Your divine love.

SER: Let us commend ourselves and one another / to the Fa-
ther, to the Son and to the Holy Spirit.

ALL: Lord our God, we commend ourselves to You.
