CEL: The Lord lifts up the downtrodden,
He casts the wicked to the ground.

ALL: The Lord takes pleasure in those who fear Him,
in those who hope in His steadfast love.

CEL: Glory be to the Father, and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit,

ALL: As it was in the beginning is now
and ever shall be, forever. Amen.

CEL: O Lord, let Your Church grow abundantly.

SEASON OF ELIJA, CROSS AND MOSES

CEL: Lord our God, / we who are awaiting the glorious coming
of Christ, praise You. Strengthen us who are weak, / to celebrate
these divine mysteries / which renew soul and body. Give us the
grace / who are marked by the seal of the holy cross / to seek ref-
uge in You / and to lead a life focused on heaven. The Father, the
Son, and the Holy Spirit, / the Lord of all, forever.
