CEL: Blessed be the Lord in the Church / who assumed the
likeness of man / in order to redeem mankind. Let us praise Jesus
Christ, who is the light of the world / and the hope of mankind.
People of God, may you be prepared to receive the Savior / when
the day of salvation is at hand. May the Lord shower His mercy
and graces upon you / so that you may flee from what is evil /
and hold on firmly to what is good. May the Lord of peace sanc-
tify and make you holy / during this season of Annunciation.
Now, + always and forever.

FEAST / SEASON OF NATIVITY

CEL: Lord our God, we thank You for Your loving kindness /
in giving us Jesus Christ / who became the Savior of the world.
May our sacrifice become an acceptable offering to You / as the
wise men's gifts. Help us to receive the Body and Blood of Je-
sus / and become strengthened / so that we may bear witness to
You in the world. We offer You praise, honor, / thanksgiving and
worship for Your gift. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit /
the Lord of all, forever.

ALL: Amen, bless us O Lord.

CEL: O Jesus, the image of the Father / we thank You for ena-
bling us to see in You the Father / and to be partakers in Your
plan of salvation. We adore You for giving Yourself completely
to us / in the form of bread and wine in the Holy Qurbana. May
these divine mysteries / which are the source of our salvation /
lead us to everlasting life. The Lord of all, forever.

CEL: Let us bless our Lord / who became the light for those
who walk in darkness / and abide in the shadow of death. May
you discover the Savior in every moment of your lives / just as
the wise men searched and found him. May you be able to re-
ceive him / by discerning the signs and messages of the times.
