Mar Jacob Angadiath appointed Fr. Thomas Animoottil as the director of St. Pope Pious X Mission, Los Angeles in 2003. Fr. Baby Kattiyankal was in charge of the mission. Fr. Thomas Animoottil served the mission until Mar Jacob Angadiath appointed Fr. Thomas Mulavanal as the director from August 25, 2005.

NEW YORK  (2005 January 15 – 2008 August 16)

Mar Jacob Angadiath appointed Fr. Thomas Animoottil as the director of St. Stephen’s Knanaya Catholic Mission from January 15, 2005. Fr. Michael Nedumthuruthil was the former director. Fr. Thomas Animoottil served the mission until Mar Jacob Angadiath appointed Fr. Thomas Pralel as the director from August 17, 2008.

CARTERET, NJ  (2005 January 15 – 2008 August 17)

Mar Jacob Angadiath appointed Fr. Thomas Animoottil as the director of Knanaya Catholic Mission, New Jersey from January 15, 2005. Fr. Michael Nedumthuruthil was the former director.
